Senior IT Project Manager (PMO) – ELLiE Team

Orlando Health is implementing new large-scale Health Information System (HIS) from an HIS vendor named EPIC. Orlando Health’s current HIS is comprised of over 700 disparate interface feeds and has chosen to migrate to a more comprehensive and centralized system.

Senior Project Manager responsible for Data Conversions portions of overall HIS system implementation. Data Conversions is comprised thirty three (33) independent data types/extracts spanning across multiple systems and vendors.

Responsible for producing and maintaining project charter, project schedule, issues log, risk log, budget, change management controls and all other project documentation artifacts. Produce various weekly updates to senior management and PMO on progress of data conversion implementations.

Work with a wide variety of third party vendors to manage incoming data extract formats and ensure incoming data conversions format of HL7 is adhered to.

Adherence to project schedule regarding major milestones, such as integration testing, small-scale conversions, large-scale conversions, full-scale Production conversions and post implementation catch-up files.

Manage SAN storage requirements and delivery of said requirements working with internal IT resources and external vendors, to ensure accessibility to all necessary parties.

Responsible for managing requirements and scheduling of all necessary clinician training and actual data validation sessions, including personnel (internal IT and clinicians) and situating required office space and equipment.

AAA - National Heathrow, FL 09/18 – 06/19

Senior Project Manager (PMO) – ERS Evolution Group

Senior IT Project Manager for AAA National Emergency Roadside Service Evolution systems, reporting to AAA National Project Management Office.

Responsible for managing the project/product pipeline and prioritization of projects as identified by AAA National senior management, ERS group and affiliate AAA (regional) client clubs in North America.

Coordinate application development and deployments/enhancements with client clubs, National Account Executives, Product Owners, Scrum Team, deployment resources as well as external vendors, utilizing Scrum project initiation, development and delivery methodologies. Senior Project Manager – IT CRM Group

IT Project Manager for IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Responsible for managing the program/project pipeline and prioritization of IT CRM projects as identified by business and IT CRM group to meet business objectives. Managed resources and financials. Delivered 19 projects in 2017 ($1.0MM) and scheduled for 22 projects in 2018 ($1.5MM).

Coordinate with various Darden business Brand units, IT CRM groups and external vendors to (1) Develop and refine business requirements, (2) Plan the activities of the IT and Brand groups to participate in new programs and successfully implement new system enhancements/upgrades, (3) Lead new Dev/Ops projects, including development efforts and change management, all of which allow the company to realize their strategic and tactical goals.

BMG MONEY, INC Miami, FL 08/14 – 04/17

Project/Program Manager/ Product Manager/Senior Implementations Manager – IT/PM/Operations

Responsibilities include oversight of various projects & programs, IT Systems Operations, Loan Operations.

Implementation Manager conducting new Client Implementations, majority of which are Public-Sector clients.

Product Manager for Web based Loan system, including large scale ($2MM) rebuild of website (Android/IOS) and java based E-Commerce system and build of new IT systems database platform and interfaces from prior legacy platforms through implementation. This was a large project with potential savings of $4MM over a 4 year period.

Manage the process, resources and technology necessary to successfully re-architect the BMG Money website and e-commerce platform to accommodate mobile platforms & integration with NetSuite CRM and Facebook campaigns.

Implemented a Project Management Office (PMO) – produced project management guidelines and policies. Managed project audit review processes to ensure projects are in compliance with project management standards, policies and best practices. Managed requests for enhancements to project management standards and supported requests and shifting organizational priorities. Responsible for training other project managers on processes and procedures.

Managed new product development efforts in conjunction with Business Development, Operations and IT groups.

Coordinate with all BMG Money business units to (1) Develop and refine business requirements, (2) Plan the activities of the Operations/IT groups to participate in new programs and successfully implement new loan processes and system enhancements/upgrades, (3) Lead new projects which impact the strategic and tactical direction of the business and contribute insight to the long term direction of the business unit.

Program Manager – Specialty Pharmacy Systems (IT) – Rx Processing Program

Program Manager for Specialty Pharmacy Systems Prescription Processing Program to manage integration of IT systems as a result of an acquisition and merger between CuraScript and Express Scripts.

Program Manager for large scale IT Integration of systems from prior legacy Pharmacy/Prescription platforms associated with CuraScript and Express Scripts to new combined ESI platform from inception through implementations.

Successfully implemented a variety of projects/deliverables under the Rx Processing program assigned, such as: Situating three new Specialty Pharmacies, Rx Routing Optimization – routing prescriptions to closest patient locations and bundling of prescriptions in order to reduce shipping costs, ePrescriptions Enhancements, Drug Usage Review Enhancements, RxHome Reporting and client group migrations to new prescription platform.

Responsible for managing Program budget of approximately $12MM. Realized a total program budget savings of $1MM, utilizing proprietary financial modeling and tracking tools. This program has a projected cost recovery to the company of $25-$30MM over a 3 year period.

Responsibilities include managing project managers and their respective projects from inception through implementations, reporting to senior leadership on IT and Business sides, accountable for project budgets, resources, schedules, scope and changes. All projects utilize standardized SDLC, Waterfall and Agile processes.

COMCAST Philadelphia, PA 01/12 – 04/13

Program Director – Executive Program Management Office

Program Director responsible for all phases of multiple programs including strategic planning, organizing and implementing the functional programs within the specific Strategic Business Initiative.

Program Director for large multi-year migration of existing customer subscriber base from legacy platform to new IP-Multimedia Systems (IMS) voice/data/wireless platform, from inception through planned phased implementations. Included a variety of infrastructure enhancement projects to prepare for the migration, as well as the migration project itself. The projects follow standard SDLC processes.

Responsible for managing Program budget of approximately $2MM, utilizing proprietary financial modeling and tracking tools. This program has a projected cost recovery to the company of $15-$20MM over a 4 year period. Monitor and direct day-today operations to ensure adherence of policies and procedures, projects are being managed effectively, all goals and objectives are met and taking corrective action when necessary.

Develop and monitor the program’s budget (capital & expense) by analyzing effectiveness of cost controls. Manage scope change requests appropriately and coordinate with the Business and Product Development teams.

Produce variety of weekly reporting on status, schedules, progress towards target goals and budget, via Clarity for Senior Executive Management team.

VERIZON BUSINESS New York, NY/Orlando, FL 09/09 – 12/11

Senior Project Manager for a large-scale customized migration of existing client (major US airline) datacenter and applications into Verizon Hosted Smart Datacenter, from inception through planned phased implementations.
