The International Paper Uniform Invoicing System and the Paper Production System serving the Management and the Financial Departments of International Paper, Memphis, Tennessee.

Accomplishments:

Responsible for the entire Invoicing and Sales Information System, including daily and month-end jobs, as well as enhancements to this system.

Successfully supervised support team of four off-shore workers in assisting with additional enhancements and support.

Analyzed and made upgrades to the Paper Purchasing System.

Member of a Disaster Recovery Team which validated the ability of the Invoicing System to recover from large scale disruptions to the system hardware or supporting power grid. Successfully verified the ability of the Invoicing System to be restarted efficiently, quickly and securely while temporarily running on an off-site system.
