Improved organization effectiveness by developing, delivering and evaluating programs (change management, process improvement, leadership development, operational knowledge, strategic planning, safety) with >90% client feedback satisfaction. Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation: Increased adoption rates 30 to 90% in 1 month by facilitating organizational change, collecting implementation data and partnering with instructional designers to deliver training, job aids and support to ensure user adoption.
