Improved organization effectiveness by developing, delivering and evaluating programs (change management, process improvement, leadership development, operational knowledge, strategic planning, safety) with >90% client feedback satisfaction. Influenced 80% of the workforce (unionized, engineers, front line, field staff, office and management) achieving business outcomes, repairing interpersonal relations, and resolving conflict. Projects:

Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation: Increased adoption rates 30 to 90% in 1 month by facilitating organizational change, collecting implementation data and partnering with instructional designers to deliver training, job aids and support to ensure user adoption.

IT Systems implementation: Conducted organization wide people change management for implementation of IT projects ensured projects implemented on time with minimal resistance and post implementation IT requests.
