Building organizational change resilience: Designed, managed and delivered program that built change management change agility skills of staff, delivering key strategic objective on target timeline. 16 face-to-face sessions delivered with 94% participant satisfaction. Created user-friendly Playbook with tools, tips and techniques for staff which is currently in use.

Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation: Increased adoption rates 30 to 90% in 1 month by facilitating organizational change, collecting implementation data and partnering with instructional designers to deliver training, job aids and support to ensure user adoption.
