Successfully configured this application across 4 UNIX servers and 1 Windows server providing alerts to accurately flag potential issues for adjustment.

Developed a UNIX shell script to quickly and efficiently find and update correct configuration files based on user input. These scripts improved accuracy and efficiency by 30% when updating databases with critical sanctions data.

Enhanced morale through promotion of a team-based work atmosphere. Provided assignments of increased responsibility along with opportunities for additional training and challenging performance incentives that encouraged a sense of ownership in the overall operation.

Compared SQL statements and discovered a disparity among join statements inside the SQL code. This problem was resolved by Technical Support after they were told of this disparity.

Enhanced customer satisfaction and company public relations by resolving over 180 trouble-tickets tickets per month. Provided dynamic solutions that maintained a 99% customer satisfaction rating while gaining respect of the IT Department.

Improved company strategic goals through development and use of SQL queries against the database. Created an Excel tool using pivot tables that gave senior management the information they needed to achieve corporate goals.

Motivated a team of individuals during the hurricane cleanup efforts in Tallahassee after the passage of Hurricane Michael. Provided plenty of water for hydration, praises for the hard work done, and organization in this 2-day effort that included my son.

Mentored a new employee who felt untrained and blamed for everything she did wrong. I explained that indeed the training does take some time, but no one expects her to understand everything immediately, especially if the training was only reading. Scheduled times outside my normally work hours to remotely train a new Compliance Team in Singapore. Developed UNIX scripts and assisted with updating their database to meet Compliance regulations and Service Level Agreements. Over a period of time the Singapore Team became able to update their own database, while I offered continuous support for more complex issues.
