JOB EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

Site Engineer, with more than 12 years experiences of international & local multi-discipline projects.(Structural, Architectural and MEP) for High Rise Residential & Commercial Buildings, Hospital, University, Housing project,( Infrastructure project, such as Roads, Bridges, Storm drainage, Sewerage

&Floodways); Landscaping, Interior Finishing, Ceiling, Partitions, Flooring finishing, Cladding, Fit- outworks etc.

Key responsibiities and duties

o Undertake inspections on site in accordance with the discipline related inspections and test plans (ITP's).

o Attend to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

o Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice. o Report any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to immediate supervisor for appropriate action and discharge instruction to the contractor.

o Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring the same complies with contracts / QCS specifications, safety and health risk assessment and environmental mitigating measures respectively on a daily basis. o Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required. o Prepare Surveillance Report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site that are believed to have failed or if the contractor is not complying with verbal instructions and subsequently complete a Non Conformance Report (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.

o Check and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.

o Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.

o Monitor the contractor’s (ITP's) and quality plan(s) in regards to discipline related works. o Inspect materials delivered and report on quantity and technical compliance o Supervising the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors, o Preparing schedule of material delivery to insure its arrival on time to avoid delay of works. o Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plan and site facilities in order to meet an agreed programed of deadlines,

o Preparing all necessary clearance prior to closing of ceiling and shafts and coordinate with quality control.

o Conducting daily tool box talked to avoid any accident for the workers. o Assisting the Project Manager in the management functions of the project delegated to him and in-charge in the absence of the Project Manager. o Preparing weekly and monthly work progress and dashboard report to the Project Manager. o Rectification & closing of internal & external Non Conformance Report (NCR). o Conducting punch listing of all rectification works on a regular basis and sends it to concern sub- contractors for lifting.
