Achievements:

Stabilized student’s admission in a very short period of time in the Nursery which was in a steep decline for the past few months. It is a fact which was appreciated by the management during the Annual Management Meet held in February 2017.

Set the EYFS curriculum in motion effectively Prepared the Theme based Monthly curriculum, the Weekly Lesson Plans, Monthly Newsletters and drafted all the communications to parents.

Was given a time frame of 6 months by the management to start Enrichment Programs at the Nursery. Have successfully launched Baby Ballet Classes, Free Style Dancing, Arabic and Islamic Classes at the Nursery which has made Happy Home Nursery the first nursery in Sharjah to have comprehensive Enrichment Programs aimed at overall holistic development of children at the Nursery.

Introduced the services of Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist and ABA in the Nursery, making it one of its kind Nursery in Sharjah to provide Early Childhood Intervention Strategies for children with special needs.

Organized a very successful Sports’ Day Programme inviting several dignitaries on two successive days within two months of joining the Nursery.

Organized a Parental Workshop on Social Communication Disorders in Early Childhood Education spearheaded by Speech and Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist, which was really appreciated by the parents as it was one of its kind initiative undertaken at the Nursery.
