Software Accounting System Implementation Programs: I am involved in the implementation of the following applications and booking systems for London City Airport (Amadeus, Cryptic), Cloud migration, Web chat implementation, CRM, Self-bag drop system(Phase 5) which led to cut down on front traffic by 30%, and migration from the legacy accounting platform to a new automated system - rolling out a streamlined system and process management. With my in-depth knowledge in financial system and processes, I was tasked to monitor and support the delivery of the project design with regards to planning and scheduling throughout the project life cycle.
Key Achievements
•Provide input into other project streams in ensuring a standardized approach timescale/delivery, Producing weekly MI pack from plans for Senior Management.
•Develop actual performance and variance reports against project plan and forecast outcomes and managed the RAID log including resolutions and escalations to the Steering board.
•Monitor key milestones through a developed tracker which monitored progress and gaps against overall target.
•Prepare the monthly meeting packs – Steering Committee, Project Issues Forum and Senior Executives.
•Assist the Project Manager in documenting the scope and approach to all projects.
•Assist the Project Management in the production and maintenance of project plans (including resource plans).
