• Develop plans for purchasing items and printing supplies for the whole year.

• Obtaining quotations, reviewing, analyzing and prepare comparison sheets of the items received from all vendors/supplier’s and negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply.

• Process the daily purchase requisitions, preparing and getting approval for Purchase Orders, scanning and sending it to the respective vendors/suppliers.

• Follow-up on timely delivery with the vendors/suppliers and update the status to the concerned department.

• Processing the invoice documents after checking the delivery note and invoice with LPO.
