Bartender, Morgan’s on Main (July 2019 - Current)

I am currently a bartender at a very upscale Restaurant In Woodland where my duties include having extensive knowledge of wines and spirits, as well as knowing numerous cocktail recipes by memorization, providing excellent customer service, amazing communication skills, and leadership qualities as a Head Bartender for the restaurant.

Research Intern, Genome and Biomedical Science Facility Building (November 2018 - May 2019) I was recently hired on in Dr. Wu’s lab at UC Davis as a research assistant where the main emphasis in our research is Nephron Oncology. I was taught how to preform various experimental procedures such as: Protein Extractions, Cell Culturing, and Western Blots. Property Manager, Commercial Brokers (March 2018 - September 2018) I was hired on as a property manager for a commercial Real estate business in Davis. In this position I learned the fundamentals of residential and commercial real estate involving 10-31 exchanges, developmental investing, contracting, city development, and commercial planning. Server assistant, Seasons Restaurant (February 2017- April 2018) I was a part time employee at a fine dining establishment as a server assistant and Barback. My duties include providing excellent customer service and knowledge of fine dining service, wine/alcoholic beverages and dining etiquette.

Lab assistant, Inova Diagnostics (May 2016 - August 2016) I was hired under a term agency to work as a Lab assistant at the bio tech company, Inova Diagnostics. I was employed under the manufacturing department of IFA (Immunofluorescent Assay) slides. While employed at Inova I learned the standard operating procedures of a FDA regulated industry and all regulations involved operating in a FDA regulated company. While employed in IFA slides, I learned and was trained in creating cell suspensions, running manufacturing equipment, filling out and closing documents, and the proper PPE regulations and gear.

Intern, Inova Diagnostics (July 2015 - August 2015) I was given an intern position at Inova Diagnostics during the summer of 2015. In this time I learned techniques of research such as evaluating ELISA kits, and also different pipetting techniques and excel programs. I also was introduced in the making of various bulk chemical solutions and the procedures to take when creating them. . Skills/Relevant courses:
