Visit and review residential programs certified by Office for People With Developmental Disability, OPWDD, including all services provided under the Home and Community Based Services Waiver and contracts

Interpreting regulations to providers; participating at exit conferences; and reviewing providers’ plans of corrective action.

Develop and manage a programs-wide audit tool, trackers; as well as, other performance measurements tools

Received communications for reporting incidents, concerns, fraud etc.

Create and update Individual Plan of Protective Oversight.

Investigate Reportable, Serious Reportable and Allegations of Abuse and Neglect

Oversee investigations and submitting all investigations’ findings into IRMA and WSIR
