Package Layout Making

Work Description: Work involves Creation of Styling requirement by setting the Hard Points with the arrangement of parts/components before the model/product launch with product proposal team input & make sure the Designed data meet the requirement.

Responsibilities:

Setting the Overall dimension for Styling/Skin Design.

Setting of Engine room parts/layout with the Clearances & gaps.

Setting of the Manikin, Seat track Length for Ingress & Egress.

Setting the Pedals & other Chassis parts for controllability & Drivability.

Calculating the VDA volume & setting Targets.

Reverse Engineering

Work Description: Work involves the teardown of the competitive cars for understanding the Design specification, Material specification, Weight calculation & Section Analysis, Data base Creation of the competitive cars & comparing with our present cars & setting the targets for the new & upcoming models for better market & goals.

Responsibilities:

System wise disassembling car.

Measuring the weight of the system assembly & making section cut & studying the stiffness & strength.

Studying the material composition to attain strength, stiffness & weight.

Measuring the Ingress/Egress values i.e., Step height, Step Width etc.

Measuring the Exterior Dimension for comparison & Package.

Measure the Interior Room Space for better controllability, reachability.

Calculating & measuring the Luggage Space & other storage spaces.

Seat Design:

Work Description: Work involves Modelling, Skin requirement creation, Comfort Checking & gap condition check with the counter surrounding parts. Responsibilities:

Handling a group of 4 members for Skin requirements creation according to the segment & target vehicles.

Comfort checking with the requirements & meeting the conditions.

Gap condition check with the surrounding parts for assembly & seat during operating

BIW Design:

Work Description: Work involves modeling of the Door BIW, HOOD, Tailgate.Checking the flush gaps, Section making & providing the sufficient strength. Responsibilities:

Design of Door inner Panels considering the Rotation & package consideration for inner space.

Design of Hood inner Panel considering the gap condition with the Engine Overhead & Crash consideration.

Design the floor panels considering the Stiffness & the load which need to be beared. ONSITE PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
