Appointed Acting CFO in April 2018. I provided senior leadership for all financial activities for this public environmental consulting company. Includes overall management of processing of financial transactions, billing and collection of client revenues, internal financial reporting to management and the Board of Directors, SEC reporting, annual budgeting, internal cash flow reporting, coordination of audits with external auditors, and internal audits of risks and controls. I also managed aspects of several process improvement initiatives and an IT system conversion project. In this role, I developed a process for preparing and reviewing SEC reports for this new SEC registrant. I also was responsible for preparation of separate U.S. GAAP financial statements of HSBC’s top-tier holding company in North America.
