Responsibility Involved:

Create modulars using JDA (software) based on the merchandise layout proto, assortment strategy, and merchandising rules by analyzing item assortments; maintaining modular layout design;

Build and develop the category modulars in consultation with and with the recommendations of the category leads.

Preparing reports (for example, points of distribution for modulars, additions deletions, space to sales, margin mix) for use in the modular walkthrough; and developing the modular docket detailing strategy and execution instructions to Operations.

Creation of database of all items available with their dimensions for creating planogram based on the events, season etc. (once in a year) and incorporating modifications if any.

Manages and ensures execution of the modular process calendar (also known as Modular Relay process) by reviewing and implementing, as appropriate, correction of error (COE) information from prior year; coordinating and conducting preplanning meetings; communicating information to team members (for example, timelines, expectations, roles, responsibilities, progress); monitoring progress against calendar; taking required corrective actions (at least once in a year per store)

Coordinate execution of updated modular with India Ops and follow up on execution of the same. Visit stores at least one store per quarter to oversee and execute modular changes and capturing and conducting correction of errors (COE) from modular creation and store execution process.

Evaluate the success of modular changes by analysing pre/post sales/margin analysis. Conduct surveys through store associates on member feedback and providing recommendations to the Merchandising teams. (After 2 months of each relay).
