With my talent in building relationships and my keen ability to streamline processes, the opportunity to contribute towards your company mission through the development of new business strategies is an exciting prospect. I believe that I have the experience and ability to effectively and efficiently lead this effort.

As an accomplished Senior Operations Director, I have a proven record of cultivating and maintaining relationships as well as executing key projects. Serving as the Operations Manager with Amazon, I provide leadership for a team of four Area Managers (front-line supervisors) and more than 300 hourly associates for both inbound and outbound operation across multiple shifts within the Fulfillment Center. In this role, I have recently implemented new social distancing strategies to not only keep our employees safe, but also to improve our workflow. These efforts have been extremely successful as we have improved our Dock TPH from 760 to 1600 and our cage builders’ ratio from 20 to 40 CPH.

I have had success in my other positions as well. As National Sales Director of Sales with Adams Outdoor, I provided leadership for the development and implementation of new online products in 39 markets across 18 states. By creating marketing materials for these new product and training the company’s more than 800 General Managers, AE’s, and support staff members on how to “sell it, report it, and renew it,” we had great initial success. In our first year, we achieved over $360K in new products sales in just 3 markets. We then improved our sales to $4.5MM (2017) in 15 markets and $10MM (2018) in all 39 markets at a 75% profit margin.
