Developing an Electronic Control Units Repair center for the Egyptian Air Force / Vehicle Department; depending on self-education I managed to set up a repair center for special ECUs that were not available in the local market and were sent for repair in USA which was costly and time consuming, I even issued a repair guide for those ECUs that resulted in repairs time and cost reductions for EAF vehicles.
Developing an Automotive Service Training Lab for the Egyptian Air Force / Vehicle Department; to include more than 45 American made computerized Trainers, Simulators and cutaways that cover all automobile Electrical/Electronic and mechanical Systems. By developing a lab that incorporates trainers and simulators we managed to shorten the Diagnostic learning curve for new technicians with an adequate troubleshooting and diagnostic proficiency that resulted in repairs time and cost reductions in addition to saving costs of external training.
