Duration: from Jan. 2018 to Nov 2018.

Work Description- Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Alarm & Protection System

Worked as a HSE Officer with CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING ARABIA CO. LTD.

Project: Mardumah, Phase-2. Jubail

Duration: From Sept 2014 to Nov 2017.

Work Description- Installation, testing & commissioning of primary infrastructure.

Worked as a HSE Supervisor with LLOYD INSULATION [I] LIMITED.

Project: Fireproofing in Refinery off gas cracker ROGC Plant, Reliance Refinery J3.

Work Description- Installation of fire proofing insulation. Duration: From Aug. 2012 to July 2014.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to organize HSE training programs for employees and promote safe working culture and practice.

Ensure that new employees undertake HSE training and seminars to ensure complete knowledge of all elements and aspects of HSE procedures.

Responsible to monitor Safety performance through daily site visit, management Walk- through and audits.

Ensure contractors meet all requirements of the contract from a safety standpoint, correct any unsafe act/practices & making sure all personnel comply with company established safety standards & procedures.

Responsible for promoting the ZERO HARM philosophy in the company.

Check out the work permits & all related documents are available on site.

Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly & safely as well as the checklist of equipment being updated regularly.

Advice local/international standard of protective clothing & equipment.

Implementing the JSA, JHA, & TBT and explain how important it is for prevention of risk

& hazard exposure.

Taking participation in risk assessment for high risk activities and provide control, measures to eliminate the risk.

Responsible for an accident/incident investigation & analysis, Safety Audit and Safety Meetings, Daily House Keeping practices etc.

Responsible for making weekly and monthly man-hours report.

Coordinate with client safety section on matters regarding safety. Provide advice, guidance and such as may be needed in accident prevention. Establish and maintain proper safety administrative system.

Keep appraised of local/international safety standards, government Laws, regulations, orders applicable to fire and safety matters and advice supervisors of their responsibilities.

All HSE documentations like HSE Policy, HSE Plan/procedure, Risk assessments, JSA, equipment checklist, Equipment Calibration (TUV), training and monthly statistics report should be maintained carefully.
