Roles & Responsibilities:

Training Coordination: End-to-end coordination of large training batches of fresh new joiners as well as lateral staff for Technical, Behavioral and Leadership programs.

Taking care of end-to-end logistics management in training room and setup venue for the session.

Manage attendance of faculties & participants and collect feedback towards the end of the session.

Updating on real time basis regarding training and keeping needed documents and guides in place for reference.

Stake-holder Management: Handling internal and external stake-holders like project Managers, department heads, knowledge partners and institutes for smooth execution of training programs.

Vendor Management: Handling vendor registration/empanelment, program execution, post program process of training evaluation, vendor payments process for all vendors in Talent Development.

Training MIS & Data Management: Managing Training MIS and data for training reports as required for board presentation, individual appraisal and promotions etc,.
