Maintain document process and procedures for Submissions of Drawings and Material Submittals.

Prepares and manage request of technical documentation of Drawing Submissions, Material Submittals, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Pre-Qualification, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Health Safety and Environment Plan (HSE) and Factory Acceptance Test report (FAT).

Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of soft copy and hard copy of documents.

Ensures all signed transmittal, latest approved drawings, RFC, RMD, and As Built drawings, check prints are well received and up to date.

Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive documentation of projects.

Prepare editable Comment reply Sheet response for DEWA comment.
