King Abdullah Project, Phase-II for the Development of Security Forces Camps, Training Cities and Medical Complexes, a project by Minister of Interior (KSA).

December 2014 to March 2017 & October 2019 to Till date in HQ Key Responsibilities.

EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) using Primavera Contracts Manager. Registering all incoming and outgoing correspondences, MoM, Drawings & technical submittals into the Expedition for easy tracking. Set up document control filing system in by organizing, labeling, indexing. Archiving, updating contract package documents.

Co-ordination between other Phases Contractors & Documentation Team. Maintain Archive section up to date.

Proactively engage Lead or Team Lead Document Controllers on deviations from standards/procedures. Maintain Tender/Contract Documents.

Coordinates the training & Orientation for all new employees on the Documentation System. Audits documentation system periodically.

Monitoring and tracking of controlled documents from initiation to implementation. Refined the Project Quality Plan - PQP (Communication Protocol Section only) and streamlined the workflow of Engineering Documents i.e shop drawings, TQ/RFI, Material Submittal, Method Statement etc… Developed a Project Filing Index and setup a proper archiving room to archive the project documentation safely.

Headed the Team of Document Controllers, assigned their job description and supervising the document control department reporting to Area Manager.
