Presently working at peacking plant and cement mill in instrumation Department as roll of instrument tecniciean + fiter Since july 2014 to till date.

Befor working June 2013 to july2014 at CPP in instrumation deepartment as Technician on roll of M/s Power Engineering Contractor in Binani Cement Ltd.

And complet apprentice training from jun 2012 to jun 2013 in Captive power plant .

Exposure in Fields Instrumentation:

Present work at packing plant and cement mill.

Experience of roto peacker and cement mill, silo sections,railway wegon lodar,turk lodar and peacker area .

I have good experience of sift and general duty as my responsibility of work.

And maintenance,repair and solwed of problems of all filed equipment

Experience of pnumetic gate,cylinders,tecomiter,,loadcell,weightings of bag and solve of spout problems

Experience of wireless system of wegon lodar and truk lodar. And Bag countor machine .

Repair of numetic air opret valve,sov,cylinders, and gate actuator.

Maintenance of spout controller,card,relay card,DR16,EFS100,EEL F100 cantroller and all spout use .

Experience of repair MRP machine,print head,cantroller,ADS system and sloved problems Make Videojet,Cantrol print and Zanasi machine

Experience of cement mill oil lubrication system, water sprey system, ESP syestem,vibration system,wheigh feedar, Bag house,seprator fan,spex fan.

Experience of Field instruments like on/off power cylinders, Regulating power cylinders, Air Operated valve, motor operating valves (Auma, Rotork), control valves and their position transmitters, I/P converters of ABB, IL, MIL controls, Forbes Marshall, Rotex,Proximity switches, various types and make of Solenoid valves etc.

Pressure, temperature, RTD, Flow, level transmitters wiring & their impulse and copper tubing.

Coal plant Instrument like Pull Chord Switches, Belt Sway Switch, Zero Speed switch, limit switches, coal bunker level switches etc.

Procon make Control valves (on/off valves) overhauling & maintenance, Electro magnetic Flow meters used in water treatment plant.

Experience field instrumentation wiring & their hook up with PLC & DCS.

Loop checking of wirings of Instruments.

Repairing of use field instruments equipment

From 12th June 2012 to 11th June 2013 completed my Apprentice trainee in Instrument Department in 3 x 22.3 mw Captive Power Plant (AFBC & CFBC Boiler) at Binani cement Ltd. Binanigram Pindwara Dist. Sirohi (Raj.)
