AUTOMATION [SCRIPTING] (Since 2008):

●CAM automation by using C-shell, Perl and Tcl/Tk - GENESIS or UCAM [Windows & Linux]

●To maintain and develop existing automation procedures; introduce new technologies or new procedures.

●It reduces manual errors & act as a supports to the CAM operator. It helps better quality of CAM output and thus reduces shop floor rejects.

●A unit / single script entail the part of CAM process (Like: DHS setting, attribute, cleanup, coupon generation, etc...)

●Complete CAM process (Engineering Process Control Form) has invoked by scripts designed in form, involves import / input to output. It gives an error free output on PCB files to their manufacturing capabilities / requirement.

●To develop panel Scheme for advanced panel size (i.e.: 20 x 26 / 21 x 27…etc.)

●Hyper Tooling – This is a JAVA based program that can be developed to be used in UCAM to automate some routine tasks in tooling.

●To work on files of different data formats like Gerber, RS-274X, DXF, PDF, AUTOCAD, NC files.

●Performing the DFM work, this includes both DRC & MRC checks.

●Interacting with customers in order to give some suggestions or if any modifications required.
