Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Day-to-day manage of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.

Interacting with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make the realistic report of the current progress of the project and submit to client.

Liaising with Client’s project team, subcontractor, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the project.

Preparing Daily progress report & Daily labor reports.

Ensure that the Program is realistic at all time, It must include all the scope of work and represent the current progress of activities at site.

Coordinate with the QC team to raise the IRE for the completed work and follow up with the sub- contractor for the immediate closure of commented once.

Analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints Liaising with the client’s planning team for the construction program and prepare the schedule & Execution plan for the required activities submit the same to client.

Updating of the daily progress report on regular basis and prepare the other required reports as per the requirement of client.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering) from

Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research (2016) with First Division.

Master in Engineering (Structural Engineering) from Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research (2018) with First Division.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Intermediate JK BOSE (2009) with First Division in PCM Subjects.

High School JK BOSE (2007) with Distinction.
