Summary
Over twenty years of experience working in telecommunications and technology has prepared me for a variety of roles. I have experience working in R&D, customer support, and technical sales. This includes working in high pressure environments delivering immediate results in the handling of emergency cases, both as an engineer and as an incident manager. While working as a Product Manager, I worked as the primary liaison between a US government contractor and R&D to develop the software requirements, test plans and technical documentation for a custom feature that was deployed nationwide and returned a significant profit for the company. I have experience delivering technical sales proposals to executives and preparing RFPs and RFQs. I’ve also worked as a lab manager and a team lead and have consistently delivered exceptional results. These reports identified cost overruns and excessive spending by contractors that resulted in corrective actions. I developed these reports using Power Query M and DAX to develop the data models, and I also created the dashboards.
Acted as an MS Excel expert and trainer for the team, providing advice on pivot tables, power pivot, and data models.
