This was a six month contract that was extended an additional six months. Some administrative work included, contacting former and new interested parties that were interested in joining the union to be represented. Gathering information and conducting meetings for interested parties. This was a National labor Board campaign protested by the Boeing Company .All work was done from home phone calls,e- mails, and meetings conducted off site of Boeing property. There was no picketing or public demonstrations.

Internal and external customer support to complete customer satisfaction as it pertains to the final sale of the aircraft.

Performing field service and modifications and troubleshooting for flight readiness. Documented detailed test data for engineering evaluation.
