Description:

Spend Analytics Project is driven to improve overall spend and to provide the high-level view at executive level by enabling executives with interactive dashboard which can help them easily identify- AWS Spend, Resource Utilization, Cloud Efficiency, Legacy Instances details, Azure Migration Plan and Search Platform Spend/Consumption (For Sensei, Shared Cloud, Lightroom, Helpx and Stock). This helps executives to take their decision to govern AWS instances/Azure Instances for next year and give the wide view of resource utilization.

Roles: Below are the list of my role and responsibilities in the project:

●Responsible for end to end development of the Dashboards using direct tables/view or custom query.

●Responsible for making dashboard as interactive as possible for Adobe senior management/Product Owners

●Responsible to educate end users about Tableau/Power BI which helps end user to execute dashboard efficiently

Description:

FORWIN (Forwarding Intelligence) is the global data warehouse application supporting the reporting needs within DHL Global Forwarding. FORWIN incorporates data from several core operational systems, such as Logis Air, Logis Ocean, FMS, Alliance, Ax freight, OPAC and JBA (as used for operations in AMLA), as well as financial systems. FORWIN provides wide coverage of the DGF business including Through-Shipment Profitability (TSP). The solution is used by global, regional, country and station managers to support their business information needs. It includes Cognos reporting, Cube and basic description of the Framework manager design. Framework model reflects IBM Cognos methodology and is based on experiences from other projects delivered by Teradata in DHL environment and best practices recommended by IBM.This project was including the report creation and migration in Cognos and preparing dashboard using Tableau 8.2/Cognos.

Roles: Below are the list of my role and responsibilities in the project:

●Performed requirements gathering, analysis and source data analysis and identified business rules for the development.

●Prepared Lifecycle Manager (LCM) PPT and gave the presentation before Business Users and Client Manager.

●Installed Lifecycle manager tool and did the comparison of more than 2000 reports.

The data is being used by various reporting and consolidation. Some enhancements also required in the project based on BRD (Business requirement document) provided by BA (Business analyst) team.
