Formally, the Best Western Plus when hired, I have undergone an entire hotel renovation and brand change. This included, demolition and a full renovation, operating during these circumstances, and operating independently without a brand. I started with General Hospitality Services, at the front desk for the Best Western Plus. My duties included, but were not limited to, greeting all guests and customers, exhibiting a positive attitude and friendly smile at all times, overseeing the front desk clerically, and ensuring all reservations made correctly- Administrative duties as well, such as faxing, bookkeeping, cleaning, and cash-handling. Most importantly, ensuring my ability to guarantee our guest’s satisfaction while staying with us.

Around 2017, I stepped into the position of Sales Coordinator and was introduced to the Sales office and its duties; reporting to, and assisting the Director of Sales. In 2018, I was promoted to the Sales Manager. My duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing the entire sales office, as well as maintaining my front desk responsibilities for all guests, booking groups, and maintaining the physical sales inside, and sales efforts outside of the 128-room hotel near Louisville, KY.
