Central Transport Atlanta, GA December 2013 – April 2020

(Central Transport Acquired Vitran Express in 2013) Multi-Facility Terminal Manager (July 2019 – April 2020) Managed multi-facility operations, including a stand-alone major hub and a stand-alone city terminal, in the Atlanta area. Directed 175 employees with $100M in assets and 4.5M pounds of freight daily. Regional Director of Operation, Southeast Region (May 2017 - July 2019) Directed all aspects of operations for 600 employees across 26 inline facilities, one major hub, and a major consolidation in the Southeast Region with full accountability for $250M-$300M in assets and 30% staff growth.

• Consistently maintained top ranking out of nine regions through performance management and frequent onsite reviews of facility maintenance, staffing, training, and audit reviews

• Spearheaded the transition from hub operations to Amazon cross-dock business, accounting for 2M pounds of freight running on 46 lanes daily, and created SOPs which were adopted by other facilities

• Held daily conference calls with Unyson, the Amazon third party affiliate, to develop a strong relationship and improve service levels, achieving full-service operations within 3-6 months
