Main Responsibilities.

Managing, planning of all factory production, site fitting out activities and project management.

Studying of BOQs, preparing preliminary production, procurement and work schedules and monitoring them.

Preparation and checking of cutting lists against work orders, drawings and approving them for production.

Distribution of work to supervisors, co-ordination of production flow process in all departments to completion.

Chairing and minutes of weekly production meetings and preparation of periodic reports, budgets for directors.

Implementing quality control procedures of all works in the factory and on site, checking daily works progress.

Overseeing of company ISO standards and procedures are being followed and adhered to by all staff members.

Approving samples, materials, tools and spare parts for procurement, production and maintenance purposes.

Managed, oversaw manufacture, joinery fitting out of twenty (20) Vox Cinemas at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, villas, private residences, banking halls, hospitals and commercial shop.
