I. Company: Qatar Boom Electrical Engineering W.L.L Designation: Design & Estimation Engineer for ELV System Period: December 2014 to Present

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for design, verification and engineering for all enquires for various ELV systems like CCTV (as per MOI Standard), Access Control/Gate Barrier Public Address, Structured cabling, Lighting control, Home automation and GRMS systems.

Active involvement in the Engineering and selection of materials as per the functional & design specifications & customer requirements.

Planning, Preparing, Estimation for BOQ.

Coordinating with contractor for providing correct estimation & quote

Coordination with vendor for quotation & Discount Price.

Instructing the cad engineer to handle drawings design for Shop, Schematic, Typical and Riser and extras.

Preparing material Submittal, Prequalification Documents & coordinating with consultant for Approval.

Explaining the design to project team for successful installation, Testing & Commissioning

Preparing all project related documents like Operation and Maintenance manuals, Method statements and various engineering documents during the execution period of projects and take consultant approvals.

Verification and correction of all engineering drawings related to site activities.

Coordinate with Site Engineers for the preparation of as built drawings. II. Cimac FZCO A Subsidiary of Schneider Electric – Dubai, JAFZA Designation: Electrical Draughtsman

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for design of DDC panels and HVAC control panels

Selection of the DDC/PLC controllers and power supplies and other panel accessories.

Preparing all panel wiring drawings and shop drawings.

Prepare the BOQ for Material ordering and coordinate with procurement team for on time delivery of the materials.

Complete the panel production within the given period of time

Physical inspection of panel wiring, I/O & Hardware components before Factory Acceptance test.
