WORK DESCRIBTION

Project/Site Manager of CRS & Flare Gas Recovery system, Qatif GOSP 1&2.

Construction Manager of Qurayyah power Plant project closeout phase.

Lead The Electrical Works Execution at PP10 Combined & Simple Cycle projects.

Arrange with the electrical team the performances BOQ for the electrical activities also ensure that all the engineers are issuing the daily time sheets and QS reports regularly.

Arrange weekly plan, progress reports and discuss them with the project manager to take necessary corrective actions.

Meet with Planning and cost control to evaluate the electrical team cost and schedule performance.

Find ways to enhance the electrical team’s productivity by increasing the supervision, reducing the IDLE man-hours and eliminating the weak elements.

Follow up with planning dept. to insure that the activities are started and finished as per the schedule without deviation.

Follow up with subcontractors/vendors and meet with them to finalize pending issues and to schedule remaining activities.

Schedule the electrical works and conduct site walk downs with them to insure that safety procedures are implemented.

Follow up electrical queries with engineering department to issue necessary DCN’s or FCN’s.

Meet weekly with vendors, conducted site visits and communicated daily with technicians facilitating the change.

Meet with client to determine scope of project and analyze current systems and procedures.

Maintain constant communication with project team leaders to report progress, identify issues, and allocate resources.

Manage multiple sites and successfully achieved milestones, ensuring projects complied with all cost and scope specifications.

Closed Relief system (CRS), piping to recover relief valves gases from existing degassing tanks and Stabilizers to reduce losses and environment hazards.

Steel Structure for pipe racks and supports more than 1000Tons.
