JOB DESCRIPTION:

Clean the office at the start of the day.

Prepare the drinks of the employees and guests.

Monotoring the use of the equipment and supplies with the office.

Dealing with queries or request from the visitors and employees.

Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.

Helping the receptionist,secretaries,or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.

Answering phone calls when receptionist is not available.

Going to incash and put the cheques in the banks.

Paying Etisalat and Dewa bills.

Monthly inventory stocks ( stationeries & pantry supplies)

Ensure the availability of all kitchen supplies at all times (i.e soap,coffee,tea etc)

Photocopying and scanning files.

Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.

Ensure the office cleanliness.
