Location: Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Ras Al Khaima (U.A.E)
December 2018 to April 2020
Responsibilities:
Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risk, security risk and undesirable conditions.
Respond to emergency situations like safety hazards, Fires, Medical emergencies and threats of life and or property.
Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
To ensure the safety and Security of People and Property within the designated location.
Monitoring and Operating the CCTV Cameras and associated Equipments.
Manage associated alarms and Call monitoring.
Respond to fire alarm panel in case of emergency.
Custody of Lost and Found items, its Documentation and hand-over as per the organization Procedures.
Expert to use Opera, Room master, Key card entry, SKIDATA software, Hotsos, OnQ software.
To assist the Government officials and authorities of UAE,in case of any investigational requirement related to the Location
