With having more than two (*) decades of experience in freight forwarding, logistics/distribution and supply chain, I would like to be a part of your company.

I rose from the bottom and eventually became the Export Operations Manager, then later a Clearance (Import) Manager in a leading Filipino-owned total logistics company (AAI Worldwide Logistics Inc., certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO140001:2004 & OHSAS18001 and the only freight forwarding company recipient of Philippine Quality Award). I handled the brokerage team (both import and export operations) which serviced a leading global express service company (Fedex).

Aside being consistent exceeding KRA target being with Export Operations and lessening the processing costs, one of the highlights of my accomplishments thereof, was leading the brokerage team composing of mostly newly-graduate personnel from Y2013 to Y2016. With our company's full support we were able to exceed our customer's required metrics within a year and half after said transition period.

In the last quarter of 2016, I joined Lazada Express (logistics arm of Lazada Phils) and acted as its Reverse Logitics/Returns Manager (handling Warehouse), leading a team of more than 100 personnel (agency & direct-hire) located in various warehouses/hubs doing the receiving, sorting & dispatching of parcels with more than a fleet of 50 (vans, trucks and riders). Here, I’m able to minimize the trucking costs without compromising the SLAs with our customers, which is a major achievement on my part considering the length of my stay.

As a Logistics Manager of Arvin International Marketing, the leading salt, chemicals & food provider here in our country, I was able to increase the fleet, improve the inventory accuracy and minimize brokerage costs (to its lowest level).

I was the Logistics Head of Idemitsu Lubricants Phils, a newly incorporated company and the leading lubricants provider in Japan. Within few months of transition, our team was able to improve the delivery performances, minimize the run-outs, created and improved the processes which lead to cost reduction

Job Description:

Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities which includes forecasting accuracy and a ‘Just-in-time’ inventory management.

Collaborate with Sales and Accounting teams on sales, operational, credit & collection and trade receivable matters.
