Worked closely with IT to implement the integration between Oracle and ADP:

oHigh-visibility because the integration had not been properly implemented the year before; high-stakes because it passed payroll data

Open Enrollment: cross-trained senior member of the HRMS team on the setup of sessions, rate tables and benefits library; did half the setup, validated the entire setup
