July, 2019 to Present. Straub Construction, Inc. (Project Superintendent). Responsibilities include: coordinate all construction services and activities, order material, maintain project schedule, participate in schedule reviews, develop and maintain three week look-ahead schedule, attend weekly owners meeting, perform monthly percentage reviews for in-place work, maintain daily jobsite log, ensure compliance with site safety regulations.

2017-July, 2019 Merriwether & Williams Insurance Services (Risk Manager). Worked with the Risk Management Department at San Francisco International Airport. Responsibilities included daily job walks and risk assessment on all current construction projects, weekly and monthly safety meetings with construction safety managers, weekly written reports to document safety issues and corrective actions taken, photographic documentation of safety hazards and remediation of unsafe conditions.

2013-2018- Construction Testing Services (Welding/Concrete Inspector) Performed visual welding inspections and provided detailed documentation of daily work, both in-progress and completed. Inspected form work and rebar installation on structural concrete work. Slumped and cast cylinders for concrete pours and provided detailed reports of daily activity. 2010-2012 Pacific Structures/Build Group (Carpenter Foreman) Oversaw all vertical formwork. Trained and ran crew for form work installation/removal. 2008-2009- Charles Pankow Builders Ltd. Oakland, CA (Field Superintendent) Oversaw daily operations on a 400,000 sq. ft. parking garage in Jack London Square, Oakland. Coordinated self- perform work on precast column and beam erection, decks and two 75 foot tall freestanding shearwalls. Developed and implemented leading edge safety procedures for all high work. Ordered material and tracked costs.

2005 -2008- AG Construction, Martinez, CA (Owner/General Contractor) bid and performed residential concrete construction including retaining walls, foundations, driveways and concrete stairs (both remodel and new construction).

2003-2005 - Kiewit Pacific, Benicia Bridge Project (Carpenter Lead Man/Foreman), 1.2 billion dollar bridge construction project. Responsibilities included safety, form set for segmental formwork operation, site cleanliness, and manpower allocation. 2003 Nibbi Brothers, Inc., San Francisco, CA (Lead Carpenter/Foreman) Worked on various five to one hundred million dollar projects (including schools, restaurants, UCSF dormitories). Responsibilities included shoring erection, steel forms set, and job closeout. 2001-2003 - Gordon & Williams General Contractors, San Francisco, CA (Field Superintendent) 550 Terry Francois (Mission Bay, Gap Building) Supervised field operations on 300,000 square foot structural concrete building, coordinated safety program, supervised landscape contract to completion, obtained TCO and FCO on time, completed project closeout.

1996-1998, 1999-2001 - Webcor Builders, San Francisco, CA (Carpenter Foreman) Fifty to one hundred fifty million dollar high rise and remodel projects. Responsibilities included all facets of concrete forming, construction of complicated steel form systems, supervising night shift, job safety, manpower training.

1984-1996- Union Laborer:

Worked mainly as a strip laborer removing scaffold shoring, stick shoring and vertical formwork. Learned how to handle and stack material. Directly involved in Fast Track form setting operation on three high rise buildings in Fillmore Center, Squaw Creek Lodge and 17 story dormitory at San Francisco State University. Performed shoring removal at Moscone Center, and 303 Second Street. Strip/set taper tie wall form system at the Oakland Coliseum. Education/Certifications
