From plans of over 500 drawings and specs, negotiated, wrote, and executed contracts for the production and completion of very complex construction projects with mixes of materials such as steel, concrete, wood, masonry, commercial and residential roofing; additionally managed a complex mix of commercial and residential subcontractors, from excavation that included shoring of over 25 feet in height, to complete interior and exterior finishes and fixtures.
