Summary of Qualifications:

From the start to the finish; Management of commercial projects, inner city projects, and midrise projects; the development and infrastructure of roads, wet and dry utilities. in addition, large multifamily projects (400+ units), mixed use projects of residential and commercial construction, up-fitting in retail, restaurants, hotels (Including FF&E), and medical offices, I also have extensive experience in the renovation and refurbishing of commercial projects such as office buildings and hotels and residential projects (Fire restoration of apartments). Constructed numerous sub terrain poured in place parking garages with multiple levels.

Project management of infrastructure and development; projects where roads were built through more than a mile of a wetlands protected area. Brought in upgraded power from miles away; inner city, installed upgraded traffic lights integrated with existing grids. Roads upgraded around new urban infill projects. Pumping stations constructed with twenty-eight-inch pipes that were jack and bored under active train tracks. Installation of miles of water, sanitary, and storm drain piping.

From plans of over 500 drawings and specs, negotiated, wrote, and executed contracts for the production and completion of very complex construction projects with mixes of materials such as steel, concrete, wood, masonry, commercial and residential roofing; additionally managed a complex mix of commercial and residential subcontractors, from excavation that included shoring of over 25 feet in height, to complete interior and exterior finishes and fixtures. 2018 - 2020 Kinsley Construction:
