A motivated professional seeking a Sales Manager or Business Development Position to obtain a challenging position within the Industrial Mechanical Contractor Industry.

Accomplishments

Increasingly grew customer base, bookings and gross margin with every position held in my professional career.

Developed a company charter to be adopted by major oil and gas corporations in asset management and investment recovery.

Extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of new and remanufactured pipeline equipment including valves, actuation, skidded and ground mounted processing equipment.

Industrial Business Development Manager

As Industrial BDM, I'm the first point of contact to new potential clients will have with a business when they are seeking information on the construction services Mesa Mechanical provides. I respond to RFQ's and call on new sales leads.

Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team to get on MSA's or AML's.

Responsibilities as Industrial BDM are to develop and implement sales strategies for individual prospects to Identify and communicate with key decision makers (technical, procurement, project, etc.) Assist in writing proposals and provide full support to the proposal and Industrial team. Perform sales follow-up on submitted proposals. Maintain key sub vendor relationships with respect to prospect identification. Perform technical sales, as well as serve as the first contact for field service calls related to aftermarket opportunities. Clearly document customer contact with clear action plans identifying the opportunity, timing and required activities to secure award.
