Accountabilities;

Receives invoices and packing list for inbound shipment and

- check that the items tally. Informs the team leader on any damages, shorts

- or over shipment and descrepancies observed in received items.

In case of damaged, fills the Materials Discrepancy note ( MDN ) or other

- forms as the case maybe, files the same and highlights the case to the

- teamleader in charge.

Accurately segregates items, scan if necessary, and carries out put away in

- appropriate locations so as to enable quick and effective retrival.

Fills the manual put away sheets and hand to the teamleader for final

- verification and system confirmations.

Accurately picks items from locations for outbound shipments and check

- that the items tally as per the picklist generated. Indicates all the details of

- items picked in the required format and if required, scans all items or

- re-check before loading.

Carries out the packing as per specifications and pastes necessary labels and

- stickers as instructed by the team leader.

Assists the team leader in the stock check, cycle counts etc. as may be

- assigned from time to time.

Elevates potentials problems, exeptions and oppurtunities for improvements

- to team leader.

Any other related duties\ project assigned by the team leader from time to

- time to meet business needs.
