my name is Walter Traina I am 54 years old and I was born in Schaffhausen (Switzerland) on 05/31/1966 and I am a resident of Cornaredo (Milan) in Via Pace, 17, I am married and have no children.

I acquitted the military in the year 1987/88

I achieved the technical maturity in the year 1985/86. Medium level English knowledge B2

Currently I am resident in Slovakia and precisely in Nitra (150 km from Vienna) and I am registered with AIRE.

I have 36 years of working experience in the field of precision mechanics and the construction of injection molds for thermoplastics, 10 years of which as a self-employed worker in my family's tooling. I worked for 1 year in the Technical Office and I know 2D / 3D Cam programming. My experience consists in making molds for thermoplastics: unscrewing, with third plate, with movable plate, with inclined rods, with hot runner system, with hot nozzle, etc. for injection molding or powder or tablet molds for thermosetting; for Zamak die-casting molds with traditional injection or with vacuum valves.

These equipments make parts for the sectors: pharmaceutical, medical, automotive, perfumery, electricity, household goods, gears for counters; printing with materials such as: abs, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon, acetal, Tpu, ect. I do the estimates for the realization, modifications and fine-tuning of the molds. I take care of the organization of the various mechanical processes, both to people and to various machine tools (milling machining centers, EDM, wire cut machine, turning, grinding, bench, etc.) I used Edm erosion, Ona, Charmilles, Mitsubishi, Ard, Deckel Multiform, Ingersoll, all these machines were CNC and with tool changes up to 20 positions with the 3R system, Erowa, etc .; while like Wire cut erosion machine, Charmilles, Mitsubishi-Ingersoll, Ard with Cam PACN programming.

I follow the suppliers inherent in the construction and modification of the molds, the management of spare parts of the equipment. I participate in all the mold tests (both new and modified). I worked at a European multinational company in the sale of machine tools, as a demonstrator of the operation of machine tools and for machining tests. My specialization is the use of cnc die-sinking and wire EDM machines with 2D cam programming. I have experience in high speed and conventional milling and in mechanical machining in general (turning, grinding, milling, etc.) in the use of tools and in mechanical drawing and I assemble the mold bench.

Follows detailed riesumerà:

- from 1981 to 1985 I worked with craftsmen in the realization of mechanical parts for industry by attending evening school.

- from 1985 to 1994 I worked at the mechanical tool shop of my family dealing with mechanical processing on CNC and traditional machines (milling, grinding, lathes and other conventional machines). Then because of a family mourning we decided to sell the tooling.

- from 1994 to 1996 I worked at the mechanical tool shop which took over my workshop, following the internal staff and teaching them the use of CNC and traditional machines, also working for a short time in the Technical Office with Autocad LT in the design of the molds.

- from 1996 to 1997 I worked for a multinational company that deals with the sale of machine tools, with the task of carrying out demonstrations, in the Show-Room and at customers, of mechanical machining (high-speed milling, traditional milling, grinding, turning, wire EDM and dip). I attended 2 courses abroad one in Israel for CNC Sharnoa and one in Taiwan for the electroerosion CNC.

- from 1997 to 2002 I worked at a precision mechanical tool shop like Tool Shop Manager organizing all the various production processes for the 14 employee. I collaborated with the internal technical office in the realization or the project development. I also dealt with quotes.

- from 2002 to 2016 I worked at a certified Srl ISO9001 / 2008 of 30 employees of which 5 in tool shopping at Tool Shop Manager dealing with construction, repair and maintenance of equipment e collaborating with the Technical Office for the desig I carried out estimates, engineering and industrialization of the articles produced both of the new molds and from the modifications and maintenance. I followed the suppliers in all the various phases, mainly External tools. The company owns 18 injection molding machines for thermoplastics from 100 tons to 250 tons; it also has a clean room where you can manufactures for the pharmaceutical, medical and optical sectors.

- since 2016 I have been working for a Swiss multinational with units productive in various countries in the world and are currently in Slovakia with the role of Tool Shop Manager, where in addition to creating an equipment for modification and construction injection molds for thermoplastics, staff training the use of the machines themselves, the mechanical processing and to the knowledge of the technical drawing, there are currently n. 2 toolmakers, one person on a CNC milling machine, a CAD designer where he uses Solidworks. The tool shop is composed of:

and other traditional machines (sandblasting, sharpener, drill, etc.) I do estimates for modifications and maintenance of the molds in production, modifications of drawings and projects starting from 3D up to PDF with tolerances, also doing quotes for the construction of new molds. I deal with both Slovak and Italian suppliers, regarding everyone spare parts.
