Activities Performed:

As Site Engineer, supervision of daily site

activity programs, introducing methods to

improvements in safety, quality, durability

and ensure successful implementation to minimize the total project cost and delivery time and reduce onsite construction time, weather related time delays.

Assisting in making of construction methodology, working Drawing.

Guiding and checking of Reinforcement / Cable Laying Operations, rectifying any apparent mistake in respect of them.

Checking the adequacy of proper form work, Checking and controlling of proper mix design of concrete, laying / compaction of concrete including curing operations.

Main Project features: The above said job of

construction mainly this project includes construction of 2 Major bridges (North & south/1.5 km each),2 Under

passes,2 Intersections. Especially I am working on structural part i.e. construction of bridges, under passes. Activities performed:

As an Site Engineer Responsible for Determined the construction activities day by day including planning, executing and supervising for suitability of Structural Works.

Scrutinised the site quality control test reports and correspondences with Supervision Consultants.

Analysing the proposed site location as well as the entire construction job which is to be completed at such a site.

Strategically planning and analysing the basic

requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project and reviewing all the project proposals.

Coordinated with client and consultants for approval of designs & other construction activities.

Conducting load test on foundations and span as per project specifications. Responsible for taking Quantities as per Drawing (AutoCAD) also preparing BOQ.
