Issuance of Appointment Letters with salary fitment to the new joinees

Generating Various letters - Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Probation Letter, Contract Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letteretc

Maintaining Personal files, Personnel Records and Confidential Records of all employees of allregions.

Continuous updating of an online HRsoftware

Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HRpolicies.

Helping employees to avail various benefits available to them as and whenrequired

Handling the HRAudit.

Performance Appraisal:

Effectively manage bonus & other incentive payouts calculations for entireteam

Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs andheadcount.

Leave Accounting &Management

Responsible for PF, ESI, BONUS, SALARY SLIP and other relatedresponsibilities.

Processed the full & final settlement and released Service Certificates after ensuring that the employees owed nodues.

Marking sure that the separated employee's accounts are cleared within specifiedperiod.

Collating the new joiners data and sending it to the respectedteam

Referral inputs sent along with the salarydata

Processing others payments of employees such as Incentive, Bonus, Reimbursementetc

Take online ESI-TIC and EPF numbers every month for the newjoinees

Bank Account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the supportstaff.

Salary revisions / Changes during completion ofprobation

Preparing the various payroll changes everymonth.

Maintaining important documents like Leave records, Attendance Register, Wage Register, Muster Rolls etc

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in theOrganisation.

Family visits for workers &staff.

Celebrating Dasara by havingpooja programmes.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Training needs identification through Process of PerformanceAppraisal.

Formulation of training calendar taking inputs from varioussources.

Measuring effectiveness of trainingprograms.

Co-ordination with External Agencies for conducting TrainingProgramme.

Managing and reviewing trainingbudget.

Evaluating competencies & training needs for allemployees.
