Senior Manager of Account Services, Makai HR April 2019 - March 2020

Built and managed a team of 24 business processing staff who processed payroll, worker’s compensation, invoicing, benefits, and HRIS (PrismHR) configurations for all 150 client companies

Created company-wide standard operating procedures for the payroll, benefits, worker’s compensation, implementation, account management, and support teams while reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer
