• Manage the operation team and track the inbound and outbound shipments as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Process Improvement Plans including Fleet Management, effective Resources Utilization of hiring outside vendors, labour supply etc.

• Effective negotiation with Airlines, Shipping lines in case of bulk shipments to increase the profitability.

• Supports KWE business expansion and objectives effectively through the highest standards of customer experience, stakeholder management and cost-effective management of resources, maximizing revenue, profitability and growth of the business.

• Oversees the KWE Operations, to ensure the integrity, accuracy and effective reporting and data reporting to meet cost optimization and cost reduction targets.

• Setting standard norms and procedures, KPI workflow and resource management, import/export documentation, customs clearance, dispatch of shipment.

• Managing overall Distribution centre Operations to make sure the deliveries are executed timely to the customer stores/Dealers as per Shipping instructions.

• Manpower Management including assigning tasks as per assigned projects like Time Sheet management, leave management, Over Time management.

• Overseas Office coordination including cross trade shipment movements, status updating, follow up and timely execution of shipments.

• Manage and maintain the strategic planning process and participate in regular management board meetings.

• Ensure accurate invoicing is done on a timely/ daily basis and all supporting documents are attached with the invoices, as per the client requirements.

• Coordination with government authorities including Dubai Customs, Municipalities, Jebel Ali Port, Airport Service providers like Dnata, Emirates and other leading airlines and Shipping lines including Maersk, CMA etc.

• Vendor Management including price negotiation, performance analysis and addition of new Vendors.

• Warehouse Management includes setting up of warehouse projects, installation and recruitment of resources, Material Management and Space Management.

• Improve the efficiency in warehouse distribution in a timely manner and implement cost saving measures and ensure complete Inventory Control on warehouse and 3PL operations.

• Ensure clearly defined SOPs are in place and distributed to suppliers and ensure the necessary documentation for Shipment, Customs Clearance etc. GET IN TOUCH
