. Handling 50000 Sqft Distribution centre, including receipt,

checking, Placement, audit, inventory control and issue materials

to stores, at more than 4500 SKU s including, food, nonfood, home

need, consumables, G.M., CD&E etc.

. Prepare MIS for all departments in DC for clearing pendency with

action plan.

. Ensuring achievement of cost objectives, scheduling expenditures

in operation.

. Coordinating with stores for smooth dispatch and resolving supply

discrepancy issue/GRDC and ensure prompt resolution of quarries.

. Appointment scheduling for delivery of materials according to

purchase orders from vendors with load balancing and liquidation

planning to stores.

. Appointment scheduling for home delivery of materials according

to sales order from various stores across the country.

. Finalizing Scrap and salvage sale vendors for revenue generation.

. Handling 75 nos. 3PL staffs, training with latest updates and new

process for smooth operations.

. Review & Plan daily activities to achieve the targeted

productivity.

. Planning for daily manpower and other needs for special

promotions.

. Pallet/Bin Management /Space utilization planning daily for smooth

stock receiving & internal process.

fill rate, quality and packing standards of materials supplied by

vendors.

. Ensuring all billing documents get GRN and handed over to

commercial department for timely payment.

. Implementing fixed bin concept for high movement SKUs.

. Monitoring the Stock transfer materials to clear SIT and

coordinate with other DC with transport for quick arrival.

. Conducting daily cycle counting and wall to wall physical

inventory quarterly.

. Maintaining Health and safety standards, housekeeping, Stacking

norms & FIFO / FMFO and days on hand method to avoid shelf life

expiry.

. Forecasting & Preparing PO for consumables and Non-sale items for

DC.
