Initiate, Drive and Manage - Test Requests

Receiving the Test Request with Application conditions, drawings and layout and preparing Project Specification and sending for approval to requestor

Communicate feasibility with requestor and seek approval and give regular status updates there after

Tooling Design using Creo 4.0 (Pro/E)

Ordering and Procuring Tooling, Consumables, Hardware etc. related to the Testing Project

Executing Test as per Project Specification and handling, monitoring and reporting during the execution

Post Test measurement for tested samples and done failure analysis and investigation and preparing detailed report

Job Profile in Hi – Tech Arai:

Communication with customers for technical and commercial purpose.

Receive RFQ (Request for Quotation) from customer with or without technical details (O.E Drawing, Layouts, etc.,) and to check feasibility for received drawing.

Acknowledge to customer with queries (if have) after checking the feasibility for quotation.

Choose suitable Rubber Compound based on Application Details (Application Temperature, Pressure and Type of Fluid) given by Customer.

Prepared Costing Sheet and proposal Drawing & submit to Customer for mould order

Submit the initial samples from Single – Cavity Mould

Conduct the Performance Test (Endurance Test) for the Oil Seals and Valve Stem Seals as per our JIS or JASO Standard with whatever the application conditions given by the customer before submitting the samples.

Get the approval from Customer for Single – Cavity initial samples for Multi cavity Mould order

Submit the initial samples from Multi – Cavity Mould with PPAP and APQP for approval

Change over the Part to Sales Department for bulk supplies

To visit Customer’s end for technical discussion
