“Safety Engineer” since (1.4.2018) to (1.23.2019) and involved in many of main sites in port of Sudan.
3. Ministry of Oil and Gas (Sudanese Petroleum Corporation), Khartoum, Sudan. from 22.3.2017 to 22.3.2018 In HSE department as “Safety Engineer”. 4. Worked as “Safety Officer” in Omega Company for Engineering and Constructingfrom
(15.1.2016) to (12.2.2017) Port Sudan, Sudan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring all vehicles are fitted with IVMS in ADCO plant area.
Conduct regular gas test in the area and ensure the area is free from toxic gaseous
Organizing and coordinating with the risk assessment team and reduce the risk level to ALARP.
Efficiently protect the Health & Safety of our workforce and of all other personnel.
Maintain and improve all safety measures.
Identify potential Environmental effects and impacts and protect our Environment during all phases of project.
Follow up on use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) especially the use of NOMEX coveralls, Personal H2s Monitor and EEBA.
Active participation in Investigating accidents/ incidents/near-misses and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare and issue site inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations.
Regular inspection of fire protection equipment and maintaining the records of the same.
Assist supervisors in conducting tool box talks and counseling the work force on HSE implementation.
Conducting safety induction of all new joiners, Training to all from Top to Bottom level.
Verify implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly HSE reports
Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of HSE issues.
Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform
Regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.
Support offshore HSE personnel’s in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
Conduct joined Safety Inspections with Principal Contractor and Client
Responsible to maintain safety regulations according to legal/Safety Manual
Conducting Safety Task Assessment and Risk Reduction Talk (STARRT) at site
Conducting safety audits periodically and active participation in weekly safety walk by management
Periodical inspection of tools and tackles, vehicles and equipments
Ensure good standard of house keeping
Periodical inspection of scaffold and scaffold tag
Conducting in house training and conducting fire drills and mock drills and recording
Presentation of safety issue in monthly safetymeeting
Member of the safety committee
Verification of lifting plan
Implementing of all safety mandatory procedures for working at height, excavation confined space entry; lock out tag out system, emergency evacuation plan. Educations:
