Enterprise Support Technician

Facebook Reality Labs February 2019 - Present

● Point of contact for CW onboarding for Facebook Reality Labs. Responsible for getting ~20 new hires setup each week with their new hardware and software.

● Serves as a Network Specialist for the team, and handles IDF/MDF/Data Closet related tasks issued by the Networking Engineering team.

● Documents and updates enterprise workflows for Cisco Anyconnect VPN/NAM client troubleshooting.
