Ensures compliance of objectives with corporate goals and provides support if expectations are not met. Creates individual development plans for staff and monitors staff development. Responsible for the realization of the probation period process, participates in the recruitment process for prospective new team members, and implements diversity goals and initiatives. 05/2009 - 07/2012; Wildlife Technician, State Game Farm, Poynette, WI

Assisted with all aspects of the pheasant rearing and stocking program. Picked and washed eggs. Performed various tasks during the hatching process of chicks. Prepared, cleaned and set-up rearing barns and buildings and range fields. Participated in breeder flock selection, crating birds for stocking, and with the general care of pheasants including feeding, watering and condition awareness, and applying wildlife damage management techniques. Participated in off Game Farm duties as able including prescribed burns, duck banding, and habitat restoration.
