2017-May 31, 2020 Process Engineer
As a Process Engineer for Nexteer, my duties remained the same from Dynamic Design/MSX as I remained located in the same plant.
I was recognized and awarded “Most Innovative” in 2018 by Nexteer worldwide for my T-Bar Autoloader Machine. I developed and implemented a new process for inserting t-bars into alloy baskets for heat treat. My innovation changed the process time from 15 minutes to 3 minutes.

As a Process Engineer, I was responsible for the maintenance and set-up of:
--Holcroft Furnaces --Various Induction Hardening Equipment
--Allcase Furnaces --Process Welders

As an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer, I was responsible for the plant layout and plant consolidation; the management of large equipment moves; equipment purchase specification; the purchase and installation of new equipment. In this role, I also gained plant engineering experience.
