Presently associated with RSWM LTD.POWER DIVISION as Sr. Engineer, Power Plant of 2 X 23 MW Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant at Banswara Rajasthan. Expertise in managing maintenance operations for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment. A keen planner with skills in managing erection, commissioning, testing & inspection of various machines & equipment. Abilities in preparing system based documentation & analysis of different maintenance data to reduce maintenance cost. Effectively conceptualized and completed various operations pertaining to mechanical maintenance, repair, modification and up-keeping of various utilities in Thermal Power Plants.

In a 46 MW captive power plant. Having 2x23 MW BHEL makes Turbine and IJT make boiler 2x105TPH, AFBC Boiler and auxiliary.

Job Descriptions:-

(1) Maintenance inspection and vibration monitoring.

(2) Maintenance of all type equipment’s likes pneumatic circuit, air compressors, Pump, Blower, heat exchangers (LP, HP Heaters, Economizer, Air Pre Heater, and Deareter) and different valves etc.

(3) Planning of effective maintenance schedule of boiler, turbine and their auxiliaries like condenser, ejector, cooling tower, air compressor, AHP (Ash Handling Plant), CHP (Coal Handling Plant), ID Fan, PA Fan, FD Fan etc.

(4) Handling all the activities during unit shut down.

(5) Manpower handling & proper utilization.

(6) Prepare schedule of preventive maintenance.

(7) Coordinating the different department and working people

(8) Governing the inventory function of spares involving planning for storage and use of material so as to improve storage conditions and reduce expenses & wastage to minimum.

(9) Indenting spare parts as per requirement of plant.

2. Thermax Limited, from (april-2011 to feb-2012)

In a 7.5 MW captive power plant. Having 7.5 MW China makes Turbine and Thermax make 32 TPH, 66 Ata AFBC Boiler and auxiliary.

Job Descriptions:-

(1) Working in Maintenance Department. My role is, I am responsible for implementing & executing Maintenance system for Thermal Power Plant. The important role in Maintenance, which includes checking the precision in the maintenance activities like Alignment, Bearings installation, Inspection of bearing, gearboxes and Spares inspection & equipment trials. Major Maintenance, Trouble shooting, Over Hauling of all plant equipment’s during Shut down.

3. Shyam sel & power ltd. (Feb-2009 to Apr-2011)

Worked as an Engineer In Maintenance Department.
